Terry joined Henn Lesperance PLC as a Legal Nurse Consultant in 2026. He brings nearly two decades of nursing experience in a variety of healthcare settings, including emergency medicine, intensive care, medical-surgical nursing, orthopedic care, healthcare regulation, and clinical quality improvement. Prior to joining the firm, Terry worked in healthcare analytics and clinical quality improvement, collaborating with physicians and healthcare leaders to improve the quality of patient care and evaluate clinical performance.

Terry’s diverse clinical and analytical background provides him with a unique perspective when reviewing complex medical records and evaluating healthcare issues. He enjoys organizing and analyzing medical information and helping attorneys understand the medical aspects of a case. His experience across multiple areas of healthcare allows him to approach each matter with careful attention to detail and an objective perspective.

As a registered nurse, Terry is committed to providing thorough, accurate medical record review and analysis. He enjoys working collaboratively with attorneys and experts to help clients navigate complex medical issues.

Outside of work, Terry enjoys spending time with his wife and six children, coaching youth hockey, golfing, and working on projects around his family’s property.
