Molly N. Barry joined Henn Lesperance PLC in September 2025 as a member of the medical malpractice team. Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Barry spent nearly eleven years as a federal attorney with the Social Security Administration, where she litigated in federal courts across the country and advised on matters of disability. Mrs. Barry received her Bachelor of Arts in Classical Civilization from the University of Michigan in 2010, graduating with honors. She then earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2013, graduating cum laude.

When not practicing law, Mrs. Barry devotes her time to her family and can often be found helping her children embrace their many extracurricular activities. Mrs. Barry can also be found reading, singing, or horseback riding.
