Nicholas "Nick" Raak joined Henn Lesperance PLC in August of 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Nick worked as a law clerk at a boutique appellate firm in Lansing, MI, where he assisted in drafting appellate briefs in state and federal courts.

Nick graduated magna cum laude from the Michigan State University College of Law in 2024 where he received his Juris Doctor. In law school, Nick earned jurisprudence achievement awards for the highest grades in Research, Writing, and Analysis, No-Fault Insurance Law, and Federal Jurisdiction. Additionally, Nick served as the Senior Managing Editor of the Michigan State Law Review, and he was published on the Michigan State Law Review’s Online Forum. Prior to law school, Nick received his Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from Grand Valley State University in 2022.

In his free time, Nick enjoys spending time with his friends and family. Nick also considers himself a rookie chef.
