Jennifer "Jenny" Capaldi joined Henn Lesperance PLC in September of 2023. Jenny joined our Medical Malpractice Defense team after spending a few years working outside of the legal field in a sales leadership role.

Jenny's first job in high school was at a law firm in Gaylord, MI. Her work at the firm led her to pursue a career in the legal field. She went to college at North Central Michigan College and earned associate in legal assistant and general studies. After moving to Grand Rapids, she started her career as a Litigation Paralegal with Bremer & Nelson, where she worked for 7 years. She also worked in the family law area for 2 years at a firm in Allegan, MI.

When Jenny is not working, she can be found spending time with her friends, family and two dogs. She enjoys quilting, kayaking, gardening and volunteering at Mackenzie’s Animal Sanctuary. She recently married her best friend of 10 years.
